Challenge Rules

1. You must use a digital image on your card/project, if you choose to use a Cardmadfairy image you can enter as many times as you like.

2. You must link back to the Digi Days challenge blog and make sure that you link direct to your challenge post so that we can find your entry easily.

3. Your entry must be new, no back linking allowed.

4. Only 1 entry unless you are using a Cardmadfairy image please.

By making a purchase from Cardmadfairy's Creations you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please do NOT purchase.
*Stamps*
I welcome individuals who would like to use my stamped images in their own craft items that are intended for sale. Each item created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, this includes selling stamped images or sheets. All Cardmadfairy images are copyrighted, which means that they may not be copied without permission.

*Downloads*
By purchasing a Digital Image from Cardmadfairy you agree to be bound by these terms:
You are granted a Limited License to use the images for personal use.
Profitable use is permitted provided the images are cut, and assembled as intended.
Any profitable use of my images is subject to the following conditions:
Limited to projects that do not constitute an ongoing business.
Designs must not be resold, or distributed via download, email or on a CD.
Designs must not be resold as a printed sheet.
5: Cardmadfairy designs may not be copied, modified or reproduced in any form.

Summary:
Each Download you purchase may be used solely by you, You may sell Handmade items you make using the images, but you must NOT sell The actual Design in ANY FORM.

*An additional note regarding Jpeg images*
Terms for jpeg images are as above, in addition the following terms apply:
Graphics are to be used for handmade craft projects only!
You may sell handmade finished items you make using these graphics. Finished means no further work needs to be done to the item i.e A greetings card is a 'finished item' a card kit is not!
Graphics may NOT be used on digital design products, these include but are not limited to:
Printables, Decoupage sheets, labels, stamps, web graphics, email stationary, templates, kits,
