Challenge 24 - Thank You

Happy New Year to all our followers!

So here we are again - it's a brand new year and a brand new challenge from the team here at Cardmadfairy's Digi Days. We've all had a bit of a break over the holiday but are back now and raring to go and as everyone has Thank You's to make after Christmas that will be our first theme of the year.

Our last challenge didn't have a huge number of entries, understandable given how busy everyone has been over the last few weeks, but we have chosen one lucky winner and top 3 - you can check them out at the end of this post.

We are sad to announce that we are losing one of our original dt members, Carol Ann has been with us from the beginning and we are very sorry to be losing her but wish her much luck in setting up her own new business this year. Another member is taking a little bit of a back seat at the moment due to family pressures, so we are looking for a couple of new dt members to boost our numbers. If you think you might be interested in joining our team where you will be able to choose free digi images to play with and will be asked to contribute a card/project once a fortnight, please just email Jenni with a link to your blog so we can pop over for a look.

Challenge 23 - Tags

Wow, thank you all so much for all the fabulous entries to our Winter Wonderland challenge, we enjoyed looking at all the gorgeous projects and choosing this week's Winner and Top 3 who you will find at the end of this post.

We have chosen Tags as the next challenge and as the team is going to have a short break over the Christmas holiday, it will run until Friday 6th January.

Challenge 22 - Winter Wonderland

Thanks for all the great entries to our last challenge, we were delighted to see so many! Our chosen winner and Top 3 can be found at the end of this post.

Our new challenge is Winter Wonderland, let's see all your cold, wintry and snowy projects this time, the team have been busy making some fabulous cards using a mixture of Cardmadfairy images alongside some gorgeous new images provided by this week's sponsor Meljens who this week have a very generous 50% off their normal prices - so be sure to go and check out their store!

Challenge 21 - Texture + DT call

Thanks so much to all of you lovely crafters who joined in with our last challenge, we really enjoyed checking out all of your friendship cards - see our chosen winner and top 3 at the end of this post.

I'm sad to announce the coming departure of one of our original dt members Merry, who is stepping down because of work and family commitments, Merry has been with us since the beginning and it has been fabulous working with her all the way from the other side of the globe! 

Merry's last challenge will be our next one at the end of November and to keep our numbers up we would like to find a new dt member to join us from December - so if you are interested in joining our happy team please just put DT after your name on your entry to our new challenge

The challenge for the next two weeks is - Texture:  it can be embossing, fabric, embellishments or anything that adds some extra texture to your creation.

Once again the winner of this challenge will receive their choice of 5 Cardmadfairy digis and, as a bonus, anyone who enters using one of our own designs will be entered into a draw to win another 5!
